About the Role…

We are looking for a driven, persuasive customer retention executive to join our prestigious Jaguar Land Rover group based in Liverpool. This is an exciting, newly created position responsible for outgoing communication to our existing and lapsed client base to discuss bespoke offers to upgrade their current vehicle. We’re looking for someone who can conduct high quality outbound calls, identify customer needs and match those needs with our current manufacturer offers and stock availability. The primary goal is to secure physical and digital appointments for our Sales Executives.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Prospecting existing and lapsed customers via telephone and other digital means
  • Maintain accurate records on our CRM database
  • Effective diary management for agreed future contacts with customers
  • Consult with our Sales teams accurately on agreed actions

About You…

We are looking for a confident individual who enjoys the first step in our customers journey to replacing their current vehicle. Somebody who is truly thrilled when their work results in a conversion at one of our sites. You must be persuasive, highly motivated and be able to think on your feet at times. You should be able to communicate well internally, reporting to each site on the status of calls made both timely and accurately. Experience in the motor industry is advantageous but not essential. We would also like to hear from anybody who has worked in an outgoing call capacity in other industries as well, or if you are seeing this role as your first step in the motor industry with designs on eventually progressing in a career with us.

To be successful in this role you should:

  • Have an excellent phone manner
  • Be confident approaching existing and lapsed customers whom have not instigated contact
  • Be comfortable with a basic understanding of our finance agreements
  • Be effective at appointment making
  • Be able to pass a satisfactory DBS check
