About the role
As a Showroom Weekend Host at Hatfields Land Rover Hull, you will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering a warm and professional welcome. You will play a key role in creating a positive showroom experience while supporting the wider team with administrative and customer service duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and professionally, offering assistance and answering queries
- Offer refreshments such as coffee, tea, or water to customers upon arrival
- Answer incoming calls and direct enquiries to the appropriate department
- Provide information about products and services where appropriate
- Ensure brochures and marketing materials are well stocked and displayed
- Manage the reception area, maintaining a clean and organised workspace
- Handle emails and basic administrative tasks
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records as required
About you
To be successful in this role, you should:
- Have excellent communication and customer service skills
