Pay: £49,500 with a £16,012 PA bonus opportunity - £65,512 OTE & Company Car
Working hours: Monday – Friday, 08:00am – 18:00pm (45 hours per week)

About the role…
This is an exceptional opportunity for a Service Manager to join a highly respected main dealer, representing a prestigious brand and leading a high-performing, experienced team. Supported by a dedicated Assistant Service Manager, you’ll be empowered to drive excellence, elevate performance, and deliver an outstanding customer experience at every level.
As Service Manager you will be managing a busy and professional department where your remit will be to manage the Customer Service Executives, Service Advisors and Technicians. From daily set up of the workshop, to managing day to day operations for the Service Advisors, whilst ensuring high levels of Customer Service for our customer, you will drive service advisor up-selling performance to maximize departmental revenue and manage the company car process.
A Service Manager is fully responsible for all service-related customer satisfaction by ensuring that all customers’ needs are met, that customers’ expectations are exceeded and all escalations are effectively resolved.
About You…
- You will have a proven experience as a main dealership Service Manager or a long serving Workshop Controller ready for a step up.
- Have strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate, coach and develop your team
- You will take control of direct department costs within budget
- Be highly organised with excellent communication skills
- Be passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and upholding company values
- You can identify necessary changes to the service in order to improve customer satisfaction scores.
- Hold a full UK driving licence
- Be able to pass a satisfactory DBS and reference check
