The predicted salary is between 30000 - 42000 £ per year.
Monday – Friday 08:00am – 18:00pm (45 hours per week)
30 days holiday (inclusive of Bank Holidays) rising to 33 after 2 years’ service.

About the role:
- Be able to effectively manage your time ensuring that you are prepared for the day ahead.
- You are expected to answer incoming client enquiries in a timely manner and convert into a meaningful booking based upon diary availability.
- Greet clients in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment.
- You are expected to upsell clients’ additional products such as any identified work from the EVHC, services, & service plans.
- Actively listen to clients’ concerns, understand their needs, and ask qualifying questions to ensure a right first-time fix.
- Process client information and vehicle details accurately in our systems.
- Process and invoice warranty claims, ensure accurate documentation, timely submission and compliance with company and manufacturer guidelines.
- Maintain detailed records and follow up on outstanding claims.
- Keep clients updated of progress throughout the repair process.
- Coordinate with workshop controller to ensure timely completion of repairs.
- Produce accurate invoices detailing the work carried out.
- Ensure that clients are completely satisfied post visit.
- Be competent in handling client complaints and objections.
- Be responsible for your own WIP ensuring jobs are completed and closed in a timely manner.
