Client Services Specialist Administrator

Client Services Specialist Administrator

Monday – Friday 08:30 – 17:00 (40 Hours)

Β£12.60 per hour + bonus opportunity

  • 30 days holiday (inclusive of Bank Holidays) rising to 33 after 2 years’ service.

About the role…

  • Receive orders from JLR and check the build of the new vehicle utilising two different systems Ebbon Dacs and Vista
  • Contact customer to ensure spec is correct
  • Keep customer up to date through the order process
  • Arrange handovers to clients
  • Work with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery/preparation and cleaning
  • Tax vehicle and invoice using Pinnacle DMS
  • Ensure excellent communication throughout to customer
