About Hatchly
We’re Hatchly, a design subscription agency based in the UK with a global remote team. We’re disrupting the traditional graphic design market by delivering high-quality, on-demand creative for a flat fee — all through our online platform. We work with leading global brands and are not your typical chaotic design agency. Our workflow is built differently — by managing projects through our online portal, we make collaboration with clients simple and organised, placing just as much emphasis on the operational experience as we do on the quality of design. We’re a small but ambitious team (4 people and growing fast). Collaboration, humour, and curiosity keep us moving. Expect design critiques, virtual hangouts, GIF battles, and plenty of opportunities for mentorship and learning.
The Role
We’re looking for a Graphic Designer (mid-weight level, but flexible) to join us full-time. You’ll work across a wide variety of projects — from social media campaigns to brochures, display ads, and branding. You’ll have daily contact with the Creative Director and Account Director and the autonomy to manage your own workload.
What You’ll Do
- Design on-brand marketing assets for international clients.
- Partner with clients’ marketing teams (with support from our Creative Director).
- Work on social media graphics, brochures, display ads, out of home advertising, and more.
- Maintain brand consistency across multiple client guidelines.
- Manage your own time and priorities using Monday.com.
- Contribute to creative critiques and team sessions.
- Turn briefs into polished, pixel-perfect design.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years’ experience in graphic design.
- Strong skills in Adobe CC (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign essential).
- Ability to clearly communicate design thinking with both team and clients.
- Strong attention to detail and time management.
- Comfortable working remotely and collaborating via Teams/Zoom/email.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Bonus points for:
- Motion/animation for social media (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Figma for social content and light web design work.
How to Apply
Send us your portfolio and a short cover note explaining why you’d be a great fit. We’d also love to know: One of the hardest problems you’ve solved. One fun/quirky fact about you.
