We are looking to build our team of bank staff who will assist with the children's daily activities and support the team throughout the day. This is a flexible hours role.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children from the age of 6 months to 5 years old
  • Good organisational, record keeping and planning skills
  • Excellent communication skills, with children, colleagues, advisors and parents/carers
  • A good understanding of the EYFS
  • Understanding of Safeguarding
  • Good Knowledge of Ofsted requirements

Responsibilities include:

  • Child Welfare & Safeguarding - ensuring all children are safe, cared for and all aspects of their needs met as per our safeguarding and health and safety policies.
  • Early years education - We want people who are excited by education, passionate about children and can prove that their knowledge is more than just the 7 areas of learning.
  • All operational policies and procedures/routines are delivered in line with guidance.
