About the Role

Hatched Talent Solutions is supporting a well established Heating Business, who is expanding its commercial gas engineering capability across key national contracts. We are seeking experienced Commercial Gas Engineers to join on a permanent basis. This is a hands‑on role delivering maintenance, servicing, fault diagnosis, and installation of commercial heating systems, with the backing of a well-established FM provider.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out planned servicing and preventative maintenance of commercial gas appliances/systems
  • Diagnose and repair faults efficiently and safely
  • Install and commission new heating equipment and associated pipework/systems
  • Complete compliance documentation and maintain accurate service records
  • Ensure all works meet current Gas Safe and industry regulations

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ proven experience in commercial heating maintenance and installation
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Strong problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and commitment to safety
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Additional plumbing/HVAC skills beneficial but not essential
