Hatched Talent Solutions is proud to be supporting a long-established and growing plumbing and heating business based just outside Bath in their search for an experienced Domestic Plumber / Gas Engineer.
Our client has built a strong reputation for quality workmanship and customer care across Bath Bristol and Wiltshire. Following continued growth and a recent team change theyre now looking to bring in an additional senior-level engineer who can hit the ground running and take some pressure off the leadership team.
The Opportunity
This role would suit a confident highly skilled tradesperson whos mastered their craft and is ready to take ownership of their work. Youll be joining a small tight-knit team of engineers carrying out domestic projects of all sizes from routine servicing and repairs to full installations.
You wont be micromanaged here. The business is looking for someone experienced enough to work independently manage their own workload and support a younger apprentice when needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver domestic plumbing and heating installations servicing and maintenance.
- Work confidently and independently to a high standard.
- Provide occasional guidance or oversight to a junior engineer.
- Maintain professional communication with customers contractors and architects.

- NVQ Level 3 with up-to-date Gas Safe qualifications.
- 5 years experience in domestic plumbing and heating.
