Hatched Talent are proud to be partnering with a leading property maintenance and refurbishment business, supporting the search for two skilled Carpenters / Multi Trade Operatives to join their growing team. This is a hands-on, mobile role covering a range of reactive and planned works across multiple regions — ideal for an experienced tradesperson who takes pride in their craftsmanship, thrives on variety, and enjoys working independently as part of a reliable national team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out carpentry and general multi-trade works across commercial and residential sites.
  • Respond to reactive maintenance requests and complete planned works to a high standard.
  • Ensure all work is completed efficiently, safely, and to company quality expectations.
  • Travel to different sites as required (door-to-door travel paid).
  • Participate in the on-call rota (1 in 5 weeks, TBC).

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Carpenter or Multi-Trade Operative.
  • Strong skills across general building trades (carpentry essential).
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Full UK driving licence (essential).
  • Willingness to travel and stay away when required.
