The Role
As a mobile Fabric Engineer, you’ll be carrying out a variety of reactive repairs, planned maintenance, and minor project works across client sites in your region. Every day will be different – from fixing a leaking tap to repairing a roof tile – you’ll be the go-to problem solver for keeping facilities in top condition.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Brick & block laying
- General building, carpentry & joinery
- Lock, door & window repairs
- Groundworks & roofing
- Supporting minor project works and refurbishments
What We’re Looking For:
- NVQ or City & Guilds qualification in a relevant trade
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar multi-skilled role or construction environment
- A proactive, adaptable approach to work with a focus on high standards
- Good communication skills and a strong customer focus
- Full UK driving licence
