Salary: From Β£30,000 (depending on experience)
Hours: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm
Location: Bristol

About the Role
We\βre seeking a skilled and experienced Sign Maker & Installer to join a well-established signage company with more than 20 years in the industry. You\βll be responsible for both production and installation of a wide range of signage products β delivering high-quality, creative solutions for clients across multiple sectors.
This is a hands-on role working both in-house and on-site, where you\βll collaborate with design and production teams to ensure every project is completed to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain large format printers, vinyl cutters, and laminators (Onyx RIP software & Mimaki Rasterlink).
- Produce signage in-house across a wide variety of substrates including Dibond, acrylic, Foamex, vinyl, wood, and metal.
- Install internal and external signage, including fascia, post-mounted, and large-scale graphics.
- Apply vinyl graphics to vehicles, windows, and substrates (including partial and full wraps).
- Interpret briefs accurately with strong knowledge of signage and manufacturing techniques.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
- Complete installations on time, on budget, and to client expectations.
- Follow health & safety guidelines, risk assessments, and company procedures.
- Deliver excellent customer service on-site and in all client interactions.
About You
- Minimum of 4 years\β industry experience in signage production and installation.
- Proven expertise in wide format printing, vinyl plotting, laminating, and fitting.
- Strong background in vehicle graphics, panel application, and on-site installation.
- Confident using design and RIP software.
- Clean UK driving licence.
- Positive, flexible, and proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- IPAF, PASMA, or CSCS accreditations (desirable but not essential).
