With people and the built environment at the heart of everything they do, they\’re now looking for a talented Multiskilled Fabric Engineer to join their team.
The Role
As a mobile Fabric Engineer, you\’ll be carrying out a variety of reactive repairs, planned maintenance, and minor project works across client sites in your region. Every day will be different – from fixing a leaking tap to repairing a roof tile – you\’ll be the go-to problem solver for keeping facilities in top condition.
What You\’ll Be Doing:
- Brick & block laying
- Plumbing repairs
- Plastering & tiling (walls & floors)
- General building, carpentry & joinery
- Painting & decorating
- Lock, door & window repairs
- Groundworks & roofing
- Supporting minor project works and refurbishments
What We\’re Looking For:
- NVQ or City & Guilds qualification in a relevant trade
- Minimum 2 years\’ experience in a similar multi-skilled role or construction environment
- A proactive, adaptable approach to work with a focus on high standards
- Good communication skills and a strong customer focus
- Full UK driving licence
