The role involves a blend of corporate tax responsibilities and accounts preparation for limited companies, offering you the chance to manage a diverse portfolio of clients, build lasting relationships, and take real ownership of your work.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and submit company accounts, corporation tax returns, and tax computations
- Conduct company secretarial work and compliance, including:
- Company incorporations with Companies House
- Submission of CS01, DS01, CT61, and ATED returns
- ATT or AAT qualified, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2-3 years of corporate tax and general accountancy experience
- Solid knowledge of UK tax legislation and compliance requirements
- Comfortable managing multiple client accounts and deadlines
- Salary: £34,000 - £40,000 (depending on experience, full-time equivalent)
