Responsibilities:

  • Building repairs and maintenance: The role involves carrying out a variety of repairs, maintenance, and renewals. Tasks will include emergency repairs, routine reactive repairs across multiple sites, as well as single-site programmed repairs and refurbishments.
  • Housing and premises: The work will be done in occupied and vacant housing properties, and other premises.
  • High-quality work: The role demands that work is completed to the highest standards, aiming for 'Right First Time' outcomes.
  • Customer satisfaction: Focus is on maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction with all repairs.

Hours of Work:

  • Core hours: 09:00 am to 5:30 pm (Monday to Friday), extra hours may be required or available with notice.
  • Flexibility required: The post-holder must be willing to work flexibly to support service delivery, including adjustments to working times or patterns.
