Pay Rate: £17 per hour

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

We are currently seeking a Joiner / Fabric Technician to join our team in Barnet. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a range of fabric maintenance and repair tasks across the site mainly joinery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform general fabric repairs to building structures, including walls, doors, and fixtures.
  • Carry out fire door inspections, repairs, and adjustments in accordance with current industry standards.
  • Complete minor flooring repairs and reactive maintenance tasks as required.
  • Conduct Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) checks to monitor and maintain fabric conditions.
  • Ensure all works are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar fabric maintenance or building repair role.
  • Good understanding of health and safety regulations.
  • Ability to carry out basic carpentry, minor repairs, and inspections.
  • Fire door inspection/repair experience is highly desirable.
