Location: Eastbourne, East Sussex

Hours: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Salary: £31,000 per annum + Benefits

Are you a skilled Handyperson or Maintenance Engineer looking for a stable, full-time role with variety? We're seeking a reliable professional to carry out both planned and reactive maintenance across a portfolio of properties in Sussex County.

The Role:

• Perform PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) tasks in line with statutory and technical requirements.
• Carry out reactive repairs and remedial work as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and industry standards.
• Work across multiple sites, maintaining a high standard of service.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in maintenance, facilities management, engineering or a similar role.
• Strong practical skills in plumbing, carpentry, electrical work, and general repairs.
• Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively.
• A full UK driving licence.
