Our well-established international recruitment company, with operations in both the UK and US, is looking for a Trainee/Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join our US Market team within the Construction & Civil Engineering sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates across the US market.

• Source and place candidates for a range of roles in the Construction & Civil Engineering sectors.

• Engage confidently with clients and candidates over the phone and via email.

• Work flexible hours to accommodate client needs in different time zones.

• Collaborate with a supportive, experienced team to help grow and develop your career.

What We're Looking For:

• Some sales experience (preferably within recruitment or a similar field).

• A strong communicator, confident on the phone with excellent interpersonal skills.

• High attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure.

• A self-motivated, target-driven individual with a passion for career growth.

• A willingness to work flexible hours to meet client demands in the US market.
