In this role, you will: Conduct fire risk assessments (FRAs) across housing assets, ensuring the FRA programme is delivered on time and to the highest standards. Implement quality assurance programmes to maintain and improve fire safety compliance. Serve as a subject matter expert, advising and supporting teams on fire safety legislation, standards, and best practices. Develop and maintain fire risk management policies, ensuring they align with evolving regulations and resident needs. Collaborate with various stakeholders to embed fire safety into the design and construction phases of new developments.
