About the Roles:

We are recruiting Business Support Officers on behalf of our client for several teams within the Children's Social Care Service. These are office-based positions where you will play a key role in supporting vital services that make a real difference in the lives of children and families.

Available Positions:

• 37 hours – General Hub
• 37 hours – Fulfilled Lives (Adult Social Care)
• 18.5 hours – Private Fostering
• 20 hours – Children in Care

Key Responsibilities:

• Arrange and coordinate sensitive meetings, ensuring efficiency and confidentiality.
• Provide accurate minute-taking for meetings, often dealing with highly sensitive and confidential matters.
• Manage and maintain confidential records and information with a high degree of accuracy.
• Deliver timely and efficient administrative support to social care teams.
• Work effectively within a busy, supportive, and fast-paced environment.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• High level of organisational ability with excellent attention to detail.
• Resilience and ability to work under pressure while managing sensitive information.
• Reliable and dependable, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Previous administrative experience, ideally in social care or a similar setting.
• Competent in using IT systems and Microsoft Office applications.
