We are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Assistant to join our Facilities Management team in Sutton. This is a fantastic opportunity for a reliable and practical individual to work as part of a professional maintenance team, supporting the day-to-day operation and upkeep of the buildings. The successful candidate will assist with general building maintenance, planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and routine facilities tasks, helping to ensure the site remains safe, functional and well maintained.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out general maintenance and basic repairs around the buildings.
- Assist with planned preventative maintenance (PPM) tasks.
- Undertake routine flushing duties.
- Carry out regular checks of buildings, equipment and facilities.
- Identify and report maintenance issues and defects.
- Assist contractors and other maintenance team members when required.
- Ensure work is completed safely and to the required standards.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
- Follow all relevant Health & Safety procedures and site requirements.
