We are currently recruiting for an Estate Services Grounds Maintenance Manager to oversee the effective and efficient delivery of grounds maintenance services across a designated geographical area. You will lead and manage a team responsible for delivering high-quality grounds maintenance services, ensuring that work is completed safely, efficiently and to a consistently high standard. You will also oversee contractors working on specialist areas such as tree maintenance. The role will involve regular estate inspections, responding to resident and colleague enquiries, identifying service issues and working closely with other frontline teams to improve resident satisfaction.
