Senior Business Support Officer (SEND) We are looking for an experienced and highly organised Senior Business Support Officer to join a busy SEND service within a local authority .
Supporting statutory children's services, you will play a key role in coordinating Education, Health and Care (EHC) processes, maintaining accurate records, supporting multi-agency working and helping to ensure statutory deadlines are met .
Key responsibilities includ e: - Providing high-quality administrative support to SEND team s. - Acting as a point of contact for families, schools and partner agencie s. - Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes and monitoring action s. - Producing reports and maintaining accurate data across multiple system s. - Supporting financial administration and service processe s. - Identifying opportunities to improve administrative procedure s.
Requiremen ts: - Previous experience in a senior administrative or business support ro le. - SEND, children's services or statutory sector experience is highly desirab le. - Excellent organisational skills and attention to deta il. - Strong communication skills and the ability to manage competing prioriti es. - Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applicatio ns. 4 days per week, 30hrs, (Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday).
Hybrid working with office attendance required when nee ded.
