  • An established construction and property consultancy is looking for an experienced

Project Manager to join its growing team in Belfast.

This is an excellent opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of projects, including commercial, healthcare, education, residential, infrastructure, public sector, regeneration and mixed-use developments .

The Role

You will manage projects from inception through to completion, acting as a key point of contact for clients and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities include

  • Managing projects through feasibility, design, procurement, construction and handover
  • Developing and maintaining project programmes and delivery strategies
  • Coordinating consultants, contractors and wider project stakeholders
  • Monitoring scope, programme, quality, budget and project performance
  • Managing project risks, change control and mitigation strategies
  • Overseeing procurement and consultant/contractor appointments
  • Chairing project meetings and preparing client reports
  • Supporting contract administration and statutory approvals
  • Building strong client relationships and supporting business development
  • Contributing to the development of junior team members

About You

  • Degree qualified in Construction Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Surveying or a related discipline
  • Proven experience delivering construction/property projects within consultancy, client-side or contractor environments
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and governance
  • Experience managing projects across design, procurement and construction
  • Knowledge of NEC, JCT or similar construction contracts
  • Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong programme, risk and reporting skills
  • Commercial awareness and an understanding of cost, risk and value management
  • Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
  • Professional qualification such as MRICS, MAPM, MCIOB or equivalent is desirable but not essential
