Bid Writer - Charity / Third Sector Salary: £35,000 - £41,000 per annum, plus a performance bonus (OTE £50,000) Location: Remote, with occasional travel to client meetings Job type: Full-time, permanent Are you an experienced bid writer with a talent for crafting compelling funding applications? Do you want to use your skills to make a real difference in the charity and not-for-profit sector? Hatched Recruitment Group is recruiting on behalf of a well-established organisation that helps charities across the UK with their fundraising. You'll join a small, collaborative team, working remotely with occasional travel. What you'll be doing: Preparing and submitting high-quality, tailored funding bids for a range of charitable clients Working with clients to identify fundable projects and develop strategic funding approaches Researching funding opportunities from trusts, foundations, lottery and statutory funders Managing multiple deadlines and making sure every bid meets the funder's requirements Keeping in regular contact with clients and the internal teamWhat we're looking for: Proven experience of writing successful funding bids in the charity or third sector Excellent written communication skills, with an eye for detail Strong project management and organisational skills The ability to work independently and as part of a remote team Confidence using Microsoft Office and working to tight deadlines Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetingsWhat's on offer: A salary of £35,000 - £41,000 per annum, depending on experience A performance-related bonus scheme (OTE £50,000) Fully remote working, with occasional client travel A supportive, values-driven team making a real difference across the UK charity sectorIf you're ready to help charities secure the funding they need to thrive, we'd love to hear from you
