We are looking for an experienced Mosaic Trainer to support the delivery and adoption of Mosaic within a local authority. You will design and deliver training to ensure staff are confident using new workflows and recording models, working closely with SMEs, operational leads, and technical teams to align training with project goals.
Role Purpose
- Deliver Mosaic training across Adults, Children’s, and Finance services
- Develop training materials, guides, and e-learning content
- Support a train-the-trainer approach to enable internal teams post go-live
- Ensure training reflects operational and statutory requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct training needs analysis to inform rollout plans
- Support UAT and early adopters with guidance and drop-in sessions
- Maintain and update training content based on feedback and system changes
- Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve delivery
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven experience delivering Mosaic training in Adults, Children’s, and Finance services
- Experience designing and delivering e-learning and digital training formats
- Ability to explain complex processes clearly and accessibly
- Strong knowledge of Mosaic functionality and finance processes
- Public sector experience and experience training users at all levels
Additional Information
- Outside IR35
- Hybrid role with significant remote working
- Initial 3-month training period prior to go-live
- On-site classroom training requirements to be agreed
