About the role We are seeking a Lead Data Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing data solutions that enhance our data infrastructure. You will work with various technologies to optimize data workflows and ensure data quality.

What you'll do
- Design and develop scalable data pipelines and data warehouses.
- Optimize existing data processes to improve efficiency and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver data solutions.
- Implement and manage data orchestration and integration tools.
Requirements
- Significant experience in Data Engineering and familiarity with modern cloud data platforms, preferably AWS.
- Proficient in SQL and experienced with dbt or similar ELT tools.
- Proven track record of building and optimizing scalable data pipelines and data warehouses.
- Knowledge of AWS services, including Redshift, S3, and Athena.
- Experience with orchestration and integration tools such as Airflow or Fivetran.
- Strong skills in Linux/Unix and Bash scripting.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with data governance and data quality frameworks.
- Experience in machine learning or data science projects.
