We are looking for a Landlord Liaison Officer to support people in housing need to access and sustain private rented sector accommodation. You will act as a key contact for landlords, provide tenancy advice, administer financial assistance schemes, and help secure sustainable tenancies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage tenancy deposit loans and bond schemes, including financial assessments and repayment monitoring
  • Maintain relationships with private landlords and key stakeholders
  • Assess accommodation suitability and provide tenancy support
  • Ensure compliance with legal, data protection, and financial requirements
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to policy and service development

Requirements

  • Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in English, able to work independently
  • Experience in customer service, housing, or related fields
  • Competent in Microsoft Office

Additional Information

  • Full-time, 37 hours per week
  • Hybrid working – minimum 3 days in office
  • Parking available (subject to charge)
  • Travel required (public transport or valid UK driving licence)
  • Home visits may involve stairs and steps
