Accommodation Officer

We are looking for a Key Worker Accommodation Officer to provide frontline customer service to residents and support the smooth running of key worker accommodation.

25hours a week, Monday-Friday

Key Responsibilities

Act as the first point of contact for tenant and prospective resident enquiries.

Support applications, bookings, move-ins and move-outs, including right-to-rent checks.

Maintain accurate occupancy and tenant records.

Process and track maintenance requests and liaise with contractors.

Carry out property inspections and health & safety checks.

Support rent, deposit, direct debit and invoice administration.

Work with the Marketing and Lettings Officer to maximise occupancy.

Liaise with NHS Trusts, universities and external partners.

Respond to customer concerns and support complaint resolution.

Ensure accommodation remains safe, compliant and well maintained.

Requirements

Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and administrative processes.

Experience using housing management systems and Microsoft Office.

Experience in accommodation, housing, property management or hospitality is desirable.

Knowledge of tenancy agreements, housing regulations and compliance is desirable.
