Responsible for delivering a high-quality housing management service across a defined locality.

Supporting customers across mixed tenure homes and helping to keep neighbourhoods safe, well managed and inclusive.

Working closely with customers, colleagues and partner agencies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a varied caseload including:
    • Anti-social behaviour
    • Tenancy and lease management
    • Neighbourhood issues
    • Safeguarding concerns
    • Fraud and tenancy breaches
  • Deliver a visible and proactive housing management service.
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely and practical way.
  • Carry out regular neighbourhood and property inspections.
  • Work with customers to improve homes and communities.
  • Ensure landlord responsibilities are met in line with policies and legislation.
  • Maintain accurate records and customer data.
  • Support health and safety and compliance requirements.
  • Work with internal teams to deliver local services.
  • Build strong relationships with local authorities and partner agencies.
  • Support initiatives that improve communities and customer satisfaction.
Skills and Experience
  • Experience in housing management or a similar role.
  • Good knowledge of tenancy and neighbourhood management.
  • Experience handling anti-social behaviour cases.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage a busy and complex workload.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work with partner agencies and stakeholders.
