Finance Customer Success Agent
, supporting clients in getting the very best from their accounting platform.
The Role:
You\βll be the first point of contact for clients, managing inbound queries via phone and email, diagnosing and resolving technical or process-related issues, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. You\βll also work closely with internal teams to escalate more complex queries and help shape product improvements.
What We\βre Looking For:
- Minimum 3 years\β experience in a finance role
, with strong hands-on use of accounting software. - Background in customer support or client-facing roles is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and organisational skills.
- A proactive, collaborative approach with strong attention to detail.
Working Pattern:
This role is
ideally office-based full time
during training and onboarding. Once you\βre fully confident in the role, there is potential to move to a
hybrid arrangement
.
