Role Overview:
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a reliable and detail-oriented Finance Administrator. The successful candidate will support the client’s finance team, primarily focused on accounts payable and general financial administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process supplier invoices accurately and on time
- Enter financial data into accounting systems
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain and update supplier statements
- Support the finance team with general administrative tasks
- Assist with ad-hoc reporting and finance projects as required
Requirements:
- Previous experience in accounts payable, bookkeeping, or finance administration
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office applications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
