Utilities Administrator

An opportunity has arisen for an organised and proactive Utilities Administrator to join a local authority on a 3-month fixed-term contract.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in utilities administration or property support who enjoys working with data, suppliers and financial processes.

You will support the management of utility accounts across a large property portfolio, including water, gas, electricity and business rates.

The role involves liaising with utility suppliers, maintaining accurate records, raising purchase orders and ensuring property data is kept up to date.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain utility account information and property records.
  • Liaise with utility suppliers to resolve queries and process account updates.
  • Raise purchase orders and support utility-related financial administration.
  • Collate and maintain accurate data using internal systems.
  • Provide administrative support and respond to internal enquiries.

About You

  • Previous experience in utilities, property or administrative support.
