Employability Adviser We are currently recruiting for an Employability Adviser to support the delivery of an employability programme helping people who are out of work overcome barriers, develop their skills and move towards sustainable employment. You will manage a caseload of clients and provide tailored, one-to-one mentoring and employment support, working closely with individuals to understand their circumstances and help them achieve their employment goals. Working Arrangements Community-based role 2 days per week in the office Remaining days split between outreach locations, home working and The Pod, depending on service requirements Key Responsibilities Manage a caseload of clients, providing personalised employment advice, mentoring and support. Carry out assessments and develop individual action and support plans with clients. Provide ongoing reviews and adapt support to meet changing needs. Help clients overcome barriers to employment, including accessing education, training, skills development and job opportunities. Provide practical job-search support, including helping clients identify suitable vacancies and prepare for employment. Identify and support relevant training and development opportunities for individuals and groups.
