We're currently seeking a Maintenance Operative to join our team in Bristol. This is a full-time role working standard weekday hours, ideal for someone with a general background in maintenance and a hands-on, proactive approach.
What You'll Be Doing as a Maintenance Operative:
- Carrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive repair works
- Supporting a range of basic plumbing, electrical, and fabrication tasks
- Ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
- Working as part of a team or independently across various building types
What We're Looking For:
- A solid understanding of general maintenance practices
- Hands-on experience in at least one or more trades: plumbing, electrics, carpentry/fabrication, etc.
- Ability to diagnose and solve maintenance issues quickly
- Good communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
- Reliability and ability to work to deadlines
