We are looking for a Landlord Liaison Officer to support people in housing need to access and sustain private rented sector accommodation. You will act as a key contact for landlords, provide tenancy advice, administer financial assistance schemes, and help secure sustainable tenancies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage tenancy deposit loans and bond schemes, including financial assessments and repayment monitoring
- Maintain relationships with private landlords and key stakeholders
- Assess accommodation suitability and provide tenancy support
- Ensure compliance with legal, data protection, and financial requirements
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to policy and service development
Requirements
- Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English, able to work independently
- Experience in customer service, housing, or related fields
- Competent in Microsoft Office
Additional Information
- Full-time, 37 hours per week
- Hybrid working β minimum 3 days in office
