Principal Consultant at Hatched Recruitment

Up to £60,000 | Birmingham (Hybrid – 1 day/week) | Full-time, Permanent

What You’ll Do

• Develop interactive 3D/CGI web experiences (WebGL, Three.js, or similar)
• Turn product ideas into intuitive, high-quality UI
• Collaborate with designers, product teams, and backend engineers (C# / .NET)
• Contribute ideas to improve UX, frontend architecture, and product features

Who You Are

• Proven 3D or CGI experience in a web context
• Comfortable with Vue.js and production-level frontend work
• Product-minded — you care about why you’re building something
• Bonus: experience with C#/.NET, startup environments, or performance optimisation
