Are you an experienced bid writer with a talent for crafting compelling funding applications? Do you want to use your skills to make a meaningful difference in the charity and not-for-profit sector?
We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established organisation that supports charities across the UK with their fundraising efforts. You’ll be part of a small, collaborative team, working remotely and flexibly, with the option to spread your hours across 3.5–4 full days or over 5 shorter days to suit your schedule.
What you’ll be doing:
- Preparing and submitting high-quality, tailored funding bids for a range of charitable clients
- Collaborating with clients to identify fundable projects and develop strategic funding approaches
- Managing multiple deadlines and ensuring compliance with funders’ requirements
- Maintaining regular communication with clients and internal team members
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience writing successful funding bids in the charity or third sector
- Excellent written communication and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and working to deadlines
- Willing to travel occasionally for client meetings

- Bonus scheme: Performance-related bonus (Full-time equivalent OTE of £50k)
- Working hours: 26–30 hours per week with flexible options (3.5–4 full days or 5 shorter days)
