Senior Cost Manager An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Cost Manager to join a leading construction and cost consultancy in Belfast. This is a key role within a growing team, offering the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects across Northern Ireland and the wider island of Ireland. You will take a lead role in the commercial management of projects, working closely with clients, project teams and senior leadership. The role offers excellent exposure across sectors including commercial, healthcare, education, residential, infrastructure, public sector, regeneration and mixed-use developments . Lead the cost management of projects from pre-contract through to completion Provide procurement advice and undertake tender analysis Manage valuations, change control, cost reporting and risk Lead final account negotiations and commercial management Provide expert cost and commercial advice to clients Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline Strong pre and post-contract experience Good knowledge of JCT, NEC or similar construction contracts Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills
