What You'll Be Doing
- Recruiting skilled professionals for construction and engineering projects across the US.
- Building relationships with clients and candidates in a fast-paced, consultative environment.
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from business development and candidate sourcing through to placement and account management.
- Working closely with some of the most exciting construction and engineering businesses in North America.
- Developing market expertise within specialist sectors and geographic regions.
