About the Role

As Designer, you’ll support our team across a wide range of creative projects – from print and branding to digital and social. You’ll bring strong design fundamentals and a curiosity for new ideas, collaborating with designers, developers, and strategists to create thoughtful, engaging work for clients across various sectors.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Assist in delivering creative concepts across print, branding, digital, and campaign work
  • Design assets for websites, social media, email, and other digital platforms
  • Support senior team members with client briefs and internal creative development
  • Maintain consistency and attention to detail across all work
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and strategy teams to align design with business goals
  • Stay up to date with the latest design trends, techniques, and tools

What We’re Looking For

  • A degree or diploma in Graphic Design or a related field
  • Strong grasp of typography, layout, colour theory, and branding
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Ability to work on multiple projects with tight deadlines
  • Good communication skills and a team-first attitude
  • A creative mindset and a strong portfolio that shows your potential
