Position Summary: As a Business Analyst in our Advisory group, you will contribute to strategic decision-making, design, and implementation, aiming for positive and sustainable impacts. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, teamwork, curiosity, creativity, and adaptability in fast-paced environments with limited information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research, analyze, and interpret data to develop well-supported solutions for complex challenges.
- Deliver analysis and reports within projects, focusing on core issues with detailed insights.
- Assist in proposal development and create structured Excel models.
- Facilitate client workshops and develop clear presentations to communicate insights.
- Utilize storylines based on the Pyramid Principle for effective communication.
- Incorporate feedback from team and clients into deliverables.
- Support Engagement Managers and SMEs, and build trusted client relationships.

Qualifications:
- 1-3 years relevant experience.
