My client is a leading full service international law firm, offering comprehensive legal services and exceptional client care. As they expand, they are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to join the team. This role will focus on driving growth, forging strategic partnerships, and enhancing our market presence across the South East, across offices in Reading and Southampton.
The Role:
As our Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for working with the partners and associates to identify new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and implementing strategies to support our growth. You’ll work closely with senior management to develop initiatives that align with our core values and client-first approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth across given practice groups.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Identify and pursue new opportunities and collaborations to expand the firm's footprint.
