An exciting and unique opportunity has come up in Manchester for a Head of Client Experience and Marketing to join a specialist legal boutique.
This is the chance for someone to come in and take ownership of the customer journey in a B2C legal environment, focusing on the marketing strategy, customer acquisition and optimization of the customer journey. Leading a small team, you will work alongside the partnership and 3rd party providers to originate new clients and increase existing client lifetime value. You will bring your commercial and creative acumen to bear and play an instrumental part in the continued growth of the firm.
From a marketing perspective, you will be looking at gaining maximum ROI on your budget whilst supporting the partners to achieve their targets. You will create the strategy behind the communication, customer acquisition, brand development and digital reach of the organisation. Hand in glove with this sits the client experience. As your customers journey through the lifecycle of their claim you will be developing new and innovative ways to ensure maximum engagement with the process, focusing on key metrics around reduction of client withdrawal and enhancing retention.
This role will be largely based in Manchester but they do offer a hybrid working model. You will be 3 days in Manchester, 2 days from home. They also have offices in London and Birmingham and time spent there will be required of occasion. You will have the chance to take ownership, wrap your arms around something and make a tangible difference to the bottom line. There will be no micro management but relationship management will be a key element to the success of the role.
Successful applicants will need to have worked in a B2C sector and in a law firm in a senior marketing capacity before in order to progress their application.
