Kempshott under Fives is looking for an enthusiastic Preschool Manager (Term-Time Only). About Our Preschool

Your Role
As our Preschool Manager, you'll be the guiding heart of our setting. You will lead a kind and dedicated team, work closely with families, and make sure our preschool is a safe, happy, and inspiring place to learn. Your days might include cuddles after wobbly moments, celebrating tiny achievements, supporting staff, and occasionally retrieving glitter-covered masterpieces from the art table!
Qualifications
- A warm, approachable leader with a Level 3+ Early Years qualification
- Strong experience within a leadership role
- Excellent understanding of what it takes to be a successful manager, being an advocate of change and having a desire to always look to improve standards
- Firm understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding
- Someone who loves working with children and truly understands their needs
- A good communicator who can build trusting relationships with families
- Someone who's organised but flexible, confident but kind
- A sense of humour because life with little ones is full of surprises
