We are seeking a creative and dedicated senior leader, who is passionate about using data to improve all aspects of school life, to join our experienced and effective Leadership team who work tirelessly to improve the outcomes and life chances of our young people. This role will manage whole school assessment and reporting and will lead on data and GDPR across the school. Line management will form an essential part of this role.
Qualifications
- Be an excellent and ambitious classroom teacher with a proven and demonstrable track record of success at GCSE and A Level.
- Have sustained and substantial middle leadership experience or preferably some senior leadership experience.
- Have a good understanding of current educational developments and educational data, especially those relating to timetabling, curriculum, examinations and assessment.
- Have the highest expectations of students.
- Have energy, stamina and a sense of humour.
