We’re on the hunt for a Paid Social Media specialist to join our growing social media team. As a Paid Social Media Manager, you’ll have a range of responsibilities within the team; from leading on devising and implementing paid social strategies with support of the wider team, being a trusted point of contact for clients from a range of industries, contributing strategically and creatively across the spectrum of the Hatch social offering including paid social campaigns, strategy, data, analytics and insight, effectively managing our team of social media executives across client accounts and collaborating with our PR, experiential, content and studio teams as required.

We’re looking for someone who has at least three years’ experience in a paid social media role, with agency experience preferred. You’ll have experience in delivering multiple paid social campaigns with ranging budgets across a variety of channels. Training and personal development is a focus at Hatch, so there’ll be plenty of opportunities to learn as well. You’ll need to have excellent attention to detail, be organised and confident liaising with clients and stakeholders.

REQUIRED
  • Three or more years of experience in a paid social media role
  • Experience managing a variety of paid budgets
  • A proven track record delivering successful paid strategies for multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • An analytical approach to measuring success, using data and insight to influence strategy
  • Knowledge and experience delivering paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, X or LinkedIn
  • Excellent client relations and communication skills
  • Great time management
