Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 and group support to students.
- Specialise in providing personalised support to students who face barriers to learning due to behaviour, social or emotional circumstances or other complex needs.
- Support all students to overcome barriers to learning, fostering trust and positive relationships to encourage re-engagement with school or lessons.
- Develop and implement personalised mentoring plans, creating a nurturing environment, using praise and rewards.
- Collaborate with families to build trust and support engagement, ensuring students’ wellbeing and academic success.
- Deliver tailored interventions - 1:1 support, small group work, and restorative practices.
- Be part of our safeguarding team and work closely with the SENDCO and Senior Leadership Team.
The successful applicant will:
