HRBP Senior Executive role will collaboratively work with various Business Unit Heads and Regional HR leaders to align people and business strategies with organizational objectives, providing strategic support and initiates HR interventions.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and coaching to business units heads on talent management, performance development and succession planning to strengthen leadership capability across the organisation.
- Collaborate with recruitment teams to forecast manpower needs, lead end to end talent acquisition efforts and support the development of robust succession planning.
- Serve as an internal consultant to business units, offering expert advice and actionable HR solutions that enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders, acting as the primary liaison between business operations and the HR function.
- Support the implementation of people initiatives including performance reviews, learning and development programs, and change management activities.
- Partner with business leaders and senior management to align HR strategies with overall business objectives, fostering a culture of engagement, accountability, and performance.
What it Takes
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant HR Business Partner experience, ideally within the logistics, supply chain, or industrial sectors.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate strategic goals into practical people initiatives.
- Demonstrated capability in decision-making, problem-solving, and managing diverse teams across different cultures.
- Deep understanding of performance management, workforce planning, and organizational development principles.
