RVA are seeking an inspirational leader with a passion for voluntary and community action.
This is a full-time role with a salary of £42,000.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ability to work closely with the Board of Trustees, stakeholders, ESCC, and RDC to develop the organisation’s strategy, resources, and services.
- Be adept at building, maintaining, developing, and establishing highly credible relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and members across a range of sectors.
- Be skilled in providing good leadership and interpersonal skills to create and foster a beneficial, proactive working environment for all RVA employees and volunteers.
