Do you possess the passion, drive, and business acumen to oversee and grow our position as the lead agency providing effective and innovative infrastructure support and volunteering services in Rother?
RVA are seeking an inspirational leader with a passion for voluntary and community action.
This is a full-time role with a salary of £42,000.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ability to work closely with the Board of Trustees, stakeholders, ESCC, and RDC to develop the organisation’s strategy, resources, and services.
- Be adept at building, maintaining, developing, and establishing highly credible relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and members across a range of sectors.
- Be skilled in providing good leadership and interpersonal skills to create and foster a beneficial, proactive working environment for all RVA employees and volunteers.
